Guest Policy

All guests are required to stop at the security checkpoint and give their name and the name of the Member they are joining.

For your convenience and comfort, complimentary valet is available for all guests and is located at the front entrance of the clubhouse in the circle driveway.

It is the Member’s responsibility to determine a guest’s eligibility before extending an invitation to be a guest at the Club.

Non-Resident Guests - The same Non-Resident Guest may be introduced at the Club at any time, but no more than 4 times in any given month, (twice a month in June, July, and August for cards).

Resident Guests - The same Resident Guest (except for “Dates” – see definition) may only be invited to use the Club facilities up to 4 times per month in total. Individual rules and restrictions for specific activities such as Golf, Racquet Sports, Dining, Pool, and Cards still apply but the sum total of visits cannot exceed 4 per month.

 GOLF GUEST RULES

A Resident Guest may be introduced by a Member to play golf twice each calendar month, except during the following periods:

Sundays, Mondays, Holidays, and Fridays preceding Summer Holidays.

Before 3:00 p.m. on any Saturday between May 1st and September 15th.

Tuesday through Friday between the hours of 12 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. May 1st through September 15th.

For purposes of the monthly limitation on guest golf privileges, guest participation in Club sponsored tournaments or Monday golf outings shall not be included.

No Guests are permitted to play golf, unless there is at least one (1) Member-host playing in each group or foursome.

No Guests are permitted on Mondays unless approved by the Head Golf Professional or the General Manager.

A Member’s unmarried son(s) or daughter(s) age 17 to 30 is permitted to invite a Resident Guest Date to play golf twice each calendar month at the family reduced rate. More than twice a month, the full rate per round applies. The guest must be always accompanied by their host.

Members are permitted to invite “EXTENDED FAMILY” (see definition) at a reduced family guest rate, twice each calendar month, in accordance with Guest rules.

Lessons by Golf Professionals are not permitted for Non-Members, except for Immediate Family (only at non-peak hours, as designated by the Head Professional). Grandchildren of a Member may sign up to participate in Junior programs, but will be placed on a waitlist, as priority will be given to Members first.

Talking on cellular telephones is not permitted in any Club building inclusive of the Clubhouse, Family Recreation Center, Golf Shop, Starter's Booth, Front Porch or Halfway House with the exception of the Men's and Women's Locker Rooms. Talking on cellular telephones is discouraged during the play of Golf and must be set to "silent mode" for emergencies only.

Tipping Policy
